Hi, I’m Abigail…
I believe food is love.
These days, it seems like we’re all a bit starved for community. But so many people are hesitant to host get-togethers, because the food part feels so complicated.
I’m on a mission to change that.
The truth is, I don’t love charcuterie boards because they’re delicious… or because they’re a blast to make… or because they offer something for everyone… although all those things are true.
I love charcuterie boards because they bring people together. Like your people.
A few of my favorite high-fives…
Abi is a natural teacher and explains her tricks and knowledge in a way that makes me feel confident in creating my own charcuterie boards. Not only is the class helpful and full of practical tips, but it provided me with many creative ideas!

Can’t I just copy a board I see online?
And other smart questions…
Can't I just copy a board I see online?
Sure you could. But Charcuterie Made Simple will help you save time and money by teaching you exactly what to buy, how much of it you need, and how to prepare it.
How do I get access to the class?
Charcuterie Made Simple is housed in an online learning platform called Kajabi, and you can access it from any device connected to the internet.
How long is the class?
The class’s total runtime is just over 37 minutes for all of the videos. We recommend you build board along with us, so plan to pause throughout the videos!
Aren't you kind of young?
I am, and I’m grateful I’ve been able to turn a hobby into a thriving business. So far, I’ve created boards for hundreds of events, and I’m so excited to teach you how to make your own.
What kind of kitchen tools do I need?
To prepare your ingredients, you’ll need a cutting board, a santoku knife, and a paring knife.
For the boards themselves, you’ll need kraft paper, small bowls for pickles, olives, jams, and mustards, as well as small spoons! If serving brie, you’ll want a small cheese knife for your guests.
How much will the ingredients cost for the boards you teach?
Costs vary depending on where you’re located, but in general:
Small Boards: $40 (~$10 per person as a meal, ~$5 per person as an appetizer)
Medium Brunch Boards: $90 (~$4.50 per person)
Large Grazing Table: $160 (~$4.25 per person as a meal, ~$2 per person as an appetizer).
